We are not as proactive and specific about things we need to do to support our mental health as we are in achieving our financial, professional, and social goals in life. In many ways, it is more important to place special effort in taking care of ourselves spiritually, mentally, and emotionally as it is to spend time taking care of our professional health. Journal writing is a way we can be self-reflective and slow down enough to think about what we've accomplished. It is a part of our self-care! It is important! You are important! I hope that these books inspire you to create balance and add value to your life.
